The build is based on the official image from MDSN: 26200.6584.250915-1905.25h2_ge_release_
svc_refresh_CLIENT_CONSUMER_x64FRE_en-us.iso.
A redesigned installer from Windows 11 25h2 was used.
(SecureBoot and TPM 2.0 are not required).
Several components are disabled, the SMB protocol is enabled.
The PerfLogs folder has been removed.
Cleaned WinSxS\Backup folder.
WinSxS folder compressed.
The \sources\sxs folder has been removed from the installation media.
Optimization has been carried out.
The systems were not in audit mode!
The system image is packed into esd.

Recommendations and notes:
To avoid the registration process on first launch: You can still use the OOBE\BYPASSNRO workaround, which actually allows you to continue the installation without an internet connection.

After installing the OS, I recommend cleaning the disk and running the following programs: Auslogics BoostSpeed and O&O ShutUp10.
